About Rebecca

Rebecca is a musician based in South East London.

As well as an excellent classical cellist, Rebecca also considers herself a collaborative composer, working closely alongside composers to create new art and experiences for diverse audiences. Her practice has taken her from clubs, abandoned offices and hotels frequented by witches, to the Barbican, the Athens Acropolis and Hamburg Elbphilharmonie.

Her award-winning piano trio Terra Invisus specialises in free improvisation and the performance of new works. Listen to their debut album 'Visions' here. In 2025, the trio toured Lithuania with their international project Tarp Dviejų.

In 2024, Rebecca was awarded the Essentials Fund by Sound and Music. She is a 2025 Britten Pears Artist.

Rebecca is a graduate of the University of York and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of music and Dance, where she was a Headley Trust and Montague Cleeve Scholarship holder.
